The first time takes a while, and we say so
The first connection to a bank takes between 5 and 15 minutes: it's the time the bank takes to verify your identity. We warn you beforehand, you can close the screen, and we tell you when it finishes. The updates after that are quick.

The account information service is provided by Wealthreader, S.L., an entity authorized by the Bank of Spain and registered under no. 6939.

Which banks does it work with?
With the ones the authorized entity covers: the vast majority of banks operating in Spain. If yours isn't there, you'll see it when connecting.
Do my credentials go through you?
No. They're entered on your bank's screen. We only receive the transactions, and they're encrypted.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Your data stays until you delete it, and we don't hold onto it to keep you from leaving.
